Our facility boasts a digital, state of the art, pick and pack process that delivers higher quality shipments while
eliminating pick errors. In partnership with UNITED PARCEL SERVICE we have developed a 24-hour
target ship window from order receipt using UPS Ground Service as our default shipping method. As always,
NYGS will honor any reasonable custom shipping method request offered by UPS or any other carrier.

PAYMENT
Net 30 Terms are available upon approval of a credit check. We have a minimum order requirement of
$37.50 (wholesale). If your order does not meet the minimum, there will be a $15.00 surcharge.
DISCOUNTS
The prices listed on the website are retail prices. Standard trade discounts apply.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Color - We pride ourselves in quality printing and accurate color reproduction. Nonetheless, slight color
variations may exist between the catalogue image and the actual print.
Measurements - we recommend that frames and mats be purchased after you receive your order. Although all
images have been carefully measured, minor variations from the printed dimensions may occur.
SHIPPING
Orders will ship out within a 24-hour ship window. If your order is shipping via UPS Next Day Air, it must be
received by 1:00pm EST to be shipped out the same day. If an order shipping UPS Next Air is received after
1:00PM EST, it will ship out the next business day.
BACK ORDERS
Prints are only backordered upon request. If a print is Out of Stock, it will not be backordered. Should you request
that a print be backordered, you must contact us once you receive your order confirmation, to put the item on
backorder, or let us know while your order is being placed. You may also request that your account be set up so
that all out of stock prints are automatically backordered. If the print restocks within a 4 week period, your print will
then automatically ship out to you. You will be charged for the print once the order ships out. There is no charge for
UPS Ground shipping on backorders. After 4 weeks, if the print has not restocked, your backorder will cancel and
you will have to reorder. Please note that we cannot backorder prints for customers with Prepaid or C.O.D. Terms.
FOREIGN ORDERS
Foreign orders are prepaid until credit has been established. Our Foreign Sales Representative can assist you in
selecting an appropriate freight company as well as making sure that your order is correctly packaged for customs.
