PAYMENT
Initial orders are shipped prepaid by check, VISA or Mastercard. Net 30 terms are available upon approval of a signed application. Minimum order dollar value is $37.50 (wholesale), a $15.00 handling charge will be applied to orders under $37.50.

DISCOUNTS
The prices listed on the website are retail prices. Standard trade discounts apply.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Color - We pride ourselves in quality printing and accurate color reproduction. Nonetheless, slight color variations may exist between the catalogue image and the actual print.
Measurements - We recommend that frames and mats be purchased after you receive your order. Although all images have been carefully measured, minor variations from the printed dimensions may occur.

SHIPPING
Orders received by 1:00 pm (EST) will usually ship the same day. Orders are shipped by UPS Express Service, with a maximum delivery time to the West Coast of 3 business days from date of shipment. Expedited service is available at an increased charge.

FOREIGN ORDERS
Foreign orders are prepaid until credit has been established. Our Foreign Sales Representative can assist you in selecting an appropriate freight company as well as making sure that your order is correctly packaged for customs.
